Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To provide the best service to all clients, please be advised of the following policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows: Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. There is no fee for changes made with at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Monthly package clients please try to reschedule if possible, within the week so you don't miss a session. Late Cancellations or Rescheduling (less than 24 hours): Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $10 fee. Monthly package clients may lose that session due to the short notice. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a $20 no-show fee due to the inconvenience and lost time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
